three-round Swiss tournament challenges coaches to assemble a powerful team without relying on Star Players—because legends are made, not bought.

1. Eligibility:
- Participants automatically become members of the UCL. (Community Rules and Guidelines)
- Current "2nd Season" Blood Bowl rules, including Deathzone, and Spike Magazines 11-17 will be used.
- The latest GW Official Errata & Designer’s Commentary (Nov. 2023) will apply. If an updated errata is released before the tournament, the new version will be used.
- Approved dice: GW, NAF, Texas Block, Baron dice, UCL dice. Players must share dice upon request. Dice checks are allowed upon request.
- Entry Fee: $40 via PayPal to guzdiaz94@gmail.com (covers prizes, raffles, and swag packs).
2. Registration:
- Team Budget: 1,200,000 gold pieces (gp) for roster assembly, with a minimum of 11 players. Leftover gp does not carry over.
- No Star Players are allowed; only rookie players participate.
- Rookie Tom Model: Each coach receives 1x Rookie Tom model. Stats must be chosen before the tournament starts. This model does not count towards the minimum roster.
3. Tournament Schedule:
- 10:00 - 10:30 AM – Registration
- 10:30 - 12:45 PM – Round 1
- 12:45 - 1:45 PM – Break
- 1:45 - 4:00 PM – Round 2
- 4:00 - 4:15 PM – Break
- 4:15 - 6:30 PM – Round 3
- 6:30 - 6:45 PM – Break
- 6:45 PM – Awards Ceremony
- Rookie Bonus:
- In Rookie Bowl, there is always room in the spotlight for a player to shine. Each team will receive 1x Rookie Tom model and choose 1 data stat for that player BEFORE the start of the tournament. You must start Rookie Tom in the opening drive.

6. Tournament Structure:
- Swiss Round Format (3 rounds).
- Resurrection Rules: No SPP gained.
- Scoring System:
- Win: 60 points
- Draw: 30 points
- Loss: 10 points
- Bonus Points:
- Losing by 1 Touchdown: +2 pts
- More CAS from Blocking/Fouling than opponent: +2 pts
- Clearing the pitch (once per game): +5 pts
- Winning by 2 Touchdowns: +2 pts
- Winning by 3+ Touchdowns: +3 pts
- Finishing the game using all turns: +3 pts
7. Allowed Inducements:
- 0-1 Halfling Master Chef (300k, 100k for Halfling teams)
- 0-2 Bloodweiser Kegs (50k each)
- 0-3 Bribes (100k; 50k for Bribery & Corruption teams)
- 0-2 Wandering Apothecaries (100k each)
- 0-1 Morgue Assistant (100k)
- 0-1 Plague Doctor (100k)
- 0-1 Riotous Rookies (100k)
- No other inducements are allowed.
8. Timing & Tiebreakers:
- Matches are strictly limited to 2 hours and 15 minutes. If not completed, the game will be recorded as a draw.
- Stalling Prevention: A 4-minute timer can be requested.

10. Additional Rules & Fair Play:
- All teams must have at least three colors and appear finished.
- Fair play is expected. Banter is encouraged, but misguiding and rule-bending are unsportsmanlike.
- Argue the Call is only available with a coach model that fits the team's theme.
